if you use photobucket or youtube, upload your video. then there will be links on how to embed the video. copy the link and paste it in the HTML view of the post and then save. It should embed the video in your blog. HTH!!!
I'm pretty sure you can do it on www.onetruemedia.com, too.
With blogger, when you create a new post, the link right next to the picture icon will let you browse for video clips on your computer. It lets you upload directly into your post.
I do it the way Danny explained. It's really easy but it takes time to upload if it is a longer clip. So do it last if you are writing your post.
