Thanks for the comment on my blog. I will blog about two of your questions this week, I had a few other people just ask the same questions! As for for the flax seed, The Oil in capsule form doesn't need to be refrigerated unless it says on the bottle. The oil in a container does and I keep my seeds and flax seed meal in the fridge so it won't go rancid.
